28g of dehydrated mushrooms correspond to approximately 300g of fresh harvested mushrooms.
Place the dried mushrooms in a hot liquid (milk, cream, almond milk, etc.) for at least 30 minutes then drain. Your mushrooms are ready to cook! You can keep the liquid to prepare a sauce
You can use them in many ways: in sauces, stuffings, gratins, soups, omelettes, risottos, etc. They go perfectly with pasta, rice, potatoes, semolina, etc.
