Ingredients: Ledum groenlandicum
Preparation: Boil 3 min (decoction) one tbsp of roughly crushed leaves for each cup of water. Let stand 2 min max and filtered. Add a little maple syrup or honey as you like. Drink at the most 2 cups a day. Also, an exquisite fragrant herb in ready-cooked meals.
