This is a collection of sophisticated TESS tea compositions on the basis of black, green, fruit and herbal tea, where perfect tea leaves combine harmoniously with pieces of fruit and berries, flower petals, aromatic herbs and spices.

Preparation: Use approximately 80°C water to brew the tea. Allow the tea to infuse for one minute, then remove.
