This infusion combines, in a single sachet, whole flowers of Common chamomile, with well-known relaxing properties, and Roman chamomile, a fine type of chamomile with digestive properties.
Instructions: Use a cup filter, add boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes. Keep in a cold and dry place.
